Two two farmers, have been hacked to death by herdsmen in Ogun State.
According to reports, one of the farmers identified as Adetona Owolabi, was allegedly killed on his farm on Thursday at Afon, while the other, identified as Ige, was killed today in Asa. .
The sad incident occurred just few hours after the Ogun State Government saw to the prevention of clashes between herdsmen and farmers in the state.
Adetona, was said to have been working on his farm when he noticed that herds of cattle were grazing on the farm and eating his cassava, yam and vegetables.
Some eyewitnesses said, he was attcked by the herdsmen with machetes for daring to stop their cattles from eating his produce.
